POLICY:
Cancellation of a course by PDT will result in a full refund to the client.

Deposit and final balance policies:
A minimum 50% deposit of total course fees is required to reserve space.
Full payment of the balance is due no later than 10 business days prior to the commencement of
training. Failure to pay the final balance will result in the forfeiture of all deposits. It is the
responsibility of the client to ensure final payment is submitted on a timely basis.

Refund and cancellation policies:
A full refund will be provided to client who provides cancellation notice at least 31 calendar days
prior to the commencement of training. A 50% credit towards a future same class will be provided if
cancellation notice is provided 15-30 calendar days prior to the commencement of training.

NO refund or credit will be provided if cancellation notification is provided 14 calendar days or less
prior to the commencement of training.

We understand that emergencies do arise so on a case by case basis, every attempt will be made
to assist the client in resolving attendance issues.

Citizenship policy:
In accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) Regulations, you will be required to sign an
attestation certifying that you are a citizen of the United States either by birth or naturalization and
that you are not prohibited by law from purchasing, receiving, carrying or possessing a firearm.
