SDS TACTICAL SOLUTIONS CORP. will invoice your agency at your convenience, either prior to, or following the
course presentation.

The most common methods or training options by which SDS TACTICAL SOLUTIONS CORP. serves their clients are:
DIRECT TRAINING AND HOSTED TRAINING

DIRECT TRAINING OPTION:
Your agency pays our training fees, travel, and per diem for an agreed upon number of your personnel for a set
number of hours. Our Direct Training Program allows you to provide training to your entire agency. This is the best
method to have each of your personnel trained to the same high professional standards. With this program, we can
review and amend our training curriculum to reflect agency specific policies. While our training curriculum always
reflects federal and your state law, this program allows the precise concerns of your agency to be discussed and
trained. To increase the reach of your training dollar, we offer a "Prompt Payment" discount:
· Provide us with a check on or before the close of the course(s) we're providing to your officers, and we offer a 10%
discount on all tuition-fees (this does not apply for any travel or per diem charges).

HOSTED TRAINING OPTION:
Our "Hosting Program" allows you to provide expert professional training to a limited number of your officers
essentially for free, and to receive discounted training for a large number of your personnel. This is a very popular
training option for many of our programs. The hosting program is easy and affordable, and because a great deal of
our business is generated from contracts (for in-house training) with departments and units, big and small. There is no
difference if you are a small town in the Southwest, USA or a major metropolitan city in Europe or South America, we
will customize the training to meet your needs. Select a course, or combine a few courses, that will be the most
beneficial to you, it's as easy as 1-2-3.

All you need to do is:
1. Provide the training site(s)and classroom; appropriate to the training you want. Also, give us the dates that work
best with your schedule.
2. Have a minimum of 10 paying students. You will receive four tuition waivers or free spots in the training
(some courses can have less than 10, contact us for details)
3. Multiply the course tuition by the number of students attending, and that's the total cost - period. We handle all of
the Instructor travel and per diem.

There are no up front costs or hidden costs to your unit or department.
