In the highly litigous world we live in, lawsuits seem to be waiting to strike just around the
corner, in this course our students are given the skills to safely and effectively control a violent
subject, they are also given the knowledge to safeguard their employer's civil and criminal
liabilities by clearly defining their roles and limitations when it comes to use of force situations
involving the private sucurity and loss prevention fields.

All of our instructors are active law enforcement officers, familiar with the laws, legal statutes
and with former proven experience in the private security and loss prevention field.

Our clients undesrtand the legalistic world we live in does not allow them any more to commit
the great mistake of trying to save on budget by not providing training to their security / loss
prevention staff, due to the fact of the well known "failure to train" liabilities that will create a
higher cost on the short to long term than the initial cost of proper training.

"fighting skills" and they ARE NOT familiar nor updated on legal statutes, civil and criminal
liabilities concerning the limitations in the use of force.

Tactical positioning, resistance levels, the FEAR element, Progressive Force Continuum
Body Mechanics in use of force, the ICRS concept, Mechanical Control, Open hand
striking techniques, Knee striking techniques, low kicking techniques, Pressure Points Control,
Body Trapping & Takedown Tactics, Directional Takedown techniques, Shielding-Cover
technique, use of force laws and criminal-civil liabilities in private security and loss prevention,
law enforcement liason and contact, use of force reporting, etc.
